We are Tend Collective Community Interest Company. Our mission is to foster and enhance the mental health of children and young people in Norfolk through supporting the adults in their lives. 

The research is clear: early attachments- how children experience care and safety- shape lifelong mental health. Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), like neglect or trauma, can have lasting effects. Supporting individual children matters, but real change happens when families, schools, and communities are all supported.  At Tend Collective, we support parents, teachers, and professionals to build the strong, caring relationships that make a real difference to the children in their lives. 

Founded by creative arts therapists, we bring practical guidance and relational therapeutic care together to create the physical and psychological environments where children in our community feel safe, seen, and able to thrive.
