Practitioners at Tend Collective

At Tend Collective Community Interest Company at Carrow House, some of our members offer support directly within our therapeutic spaces.

These practitioners are independent, experienced mental health professionals who share our commitment to relational approaches to care. Alongside their own private practice, they choose to work from Tend as part of a connected and values-led community.

Each practitioner brings their own specialism and way of working, while holding a shared commitment to building meaningful, trusting relationships and offering thoughtful, responsive support.

You can find out more about each practitioner below. Their individual profiles include details about their work and how to contact them directly to make an enquiry or arrange support.

Members of Tend Collective

Not all members of Tend Collective Community Interest Company practise directly through our organisation.

Some are independent practitioners who are part of our wider community because they share our ethos and values. They are committed to relational approaches to mental health care, recognising the importance of connection, context, and the spaces between people in supporting wellbeing.

These members may work in private practice, within other organisations, or across different settings. While they are not delivering services at Carrow House, they remain an important part of our network - contributing to ongoing conversations, learning, and the development of thoughtful, relationship-centred practice.

Gemma Carey Clarke

Yoga Therapist

I have always worked with children and qualified as a teacher in 2006, working in mainstream and alternative settings. I studied an Msc in Inclusion and Special Education in 2009.  My ‘Aha’ moment came when I realised that children cannot learn if they are emotionally unregulated. I retrained as a yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist for children.  I have worked therapeutically since 2014 in schools, therapeutic provisions, charities and the LA. My approach is light-hearted, natural, non-judgemental and aimed to help young people feel more comfortable, connected and content. Charlotte Darbyshire

Registered Somatic Movement Therapist

I offer individual Somatic Movement Therapy sessions for disabled and non-disabled adults in Norwich.

My sessions are informed by my training in Integrative Bodywork and Movement Therapy and weave together experiential anatomy, developmental movement and hands-on work.

Our lived experience is stored in and shaped by our body.  By learning to listen to the body with curiosity and kindness, we can deepen our connection to ourselves, recognise old patterns and tensions and discover our potential for freedom and well-being.

To book a session or make an enquiry, please email Charlotte on: charliedarbs@gmail.com

or ring 0780 372 9823.

Rosie Anne

Trauma-Informed Transpersonal Integrative Psychotherapist

I've been honoured to work alongside many parents finding their way to fresh perspective, deeper connection with their children and a greater understanding of how to move through and beyond their own triggers and challenges. I use my training in transpersonal integrative psychotherapy and a unique body-based trauma-informed psychotherapy called NARM along with my lived experience as a parent to co-create the right blend of relational support.

I have a particular interest in supporting parents arriving into the neurodivergent community, and have delivered two talks for the global online PDA Summit.
