Room Hire at Tend Collective
We offer individual therapy spaces at a flat monthly rate to ensure continuity of care for your clients. As therapists ourselves, we understand how crucial regular, predictable hire is- not just for building your business, but for nurturing the trusting relationships that make therapy effective.
We understand that running group sessions is different from 1:1 therapy. That’s why our group space is available for regular hire as well as one off and block bookings.
Room hire comes with optional free storage on site, free parking, and use of kitchen facilities for storing, warming and eating lunch.
Play Room
This space has been specially designed with play therapy in mind. Many items from our play kit are available for use, and therapists are welcome to bring their own resources or temporarily remove items if not needed.
Room Rates:
£110/month – Half day per week (4 hours) ≈£6.88/hour
£220/month – Full day per week (9.5 hours) ≈£5.80/hour

Art and Counselling Room
This space can be used for art therapy, counselling, or integrative therapy. We’ve designed it to be simple and calming, but also made for messes if needed. Extra baskets of play therapy toys are available for play therapists who want to book this space. All of our rooms are easily adaptable to suit the needs of your clients and the specific modalities you practise.

Family and Group Room
The space is light-filled and decorated with plants and soft furnishings, creating a welcoming and calming environment—the perfect spot for group work. Comfortable chairs are provided but can be removed if you prefer to work on the floor. Tea, coffee, and a projector are also available to support your sessions.
Session Rates:
£35/session – Half day (4 hours) ≈£8.75/hour
£70/session – Full day (9.5 hours) ≈£7.37/hour
Monthly Hire:
£140/month – Half day per week (4 hours/week) ≈£8.75/hour
£280/month – Full day per week (9.5 hours/week) ≈£7.37/hour

Communal Working Space
This office is available for hotdesking, whether you need a quiet space to prepare for sessions or to write notes afterwards. It’s also a welcoming spot to connect with other members, share ideas, or have a friendly chat over a hot drink.

Printer
Access to a kitchen for storing and warming your lunch
